Who SpanishTech's founder: Mr. Arturo Pinzón Mr. Pinzón began his advanced education as a cadet at the Naval Academy in Cartagena, Colombia "Escuela Naval de Cadetes, Almirante Padilla". After pursuing a naval officer degree in Naval & Mechanical Engineering, he transitioned to the United States and continued his education. He graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Technology. He began working with the Internet and its technologies back in 1990. As student at Bradley University he worked as a computer consultant and as a developer of web sites and Internet based solutions for the University and college organizations. He then began his professional career as a Strategic Technology Consultant for a company with no Internet presence. He led a team to conceptualize and deploy award winning web-based systems. Under his leadership and guidance, the company provided advanced Internet solutions for Fortune 500 clients including Ford, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes, AT&T, La-Z-Boy, Procter & Gamble and many others. The company revenue from these technical solutions resulted in millions of dollars in billing. Accomplishments during Mr. Pinzón's career: Asset Management and Content Distribution Systems Provided the knowledge and laid out the foundation and technical training and support for print based sales people to have sold several million dollars on web solutions to fortune 500 companies. While consulting with the sales staff, and by interacting with the client, the need for a total online brand equity solution was recognized. Mr. Pinzon conceptualized, and lead the creation of an online solution, resulting in the on-line Ad-creator system in 1997. This solution was proof there was a need for such system and provided the foundation to make the corporate investment and port the solution to an enterprise server that runs in multiple platforms (Mac, Unix-Linux-OSX, and Windows) In addition, throughout his career Mr. Pinzón was instrumental in the architectural design, development, and deployment of award wining content distribution systems for the automotive industry and their Ad Agencies. The D-base driven, Internet based content management systems helped to create and enhance a direct communication link between the manufacturers and their distributors, franchises, and dealer networks preserving branding efforts and helping the management of co-op programs. The system allows customers to create manufacturer approved, digital advertising materials without the need of design experience or expensive page layout software; requiring only a web browser. The system won honorable mention in the Pace awards for innovation - Oct/23/2000. The Ad-Creator solution used by Lexus, was featured in Automotive News Magazine - Mar/20/2000 Clients of Ad Creator include AT&T Wireless, Lexus, Comfort Maker (ICP-Group), Mazda Service and Parts, Bank of America, Kodak, Bioguard Pools and Spa, Simmons, Arcoair, Honeywell Anso-Advantage, Merry Maids, Tempstar, Mercedes-Benz of France, Karastan, Heil, and other corporations with franchise, dealer, and distributor networks.
